SOFT SKILLS


Soft skills include any ability that can be classed as a personality trait. Interpersonal skills and Listening skills are the most basic types of soft skills that many employers are searching for in career seekers.

Soft skills are also natural personality characteristics, you already have a few marketable soft skills that allows you to excel in your career. Soft skills are built by your personality and attitude towards the employer of a company. Soft skills can also be acquired and improved with practice and experience.


Objective:

TEAM BUILDING


Team building is a collective term for various types of activities used to enhance social relations and define roles within teams, often involving collaborative tasks.

A team is a number of persons associated together in work or activity: as a group on one side (as in football or debate).” In other words, when one person cannot accomplish a job alone and several individuals must cooperate to fulfill a mission, you need a team. The better the cooperation, communication, and coordination among team members, the more efficient the team.


LEADERSHIP


Leadership skills are the strengths and abilities individuals demonstrate that help the oversee processes, guide initiatives and steer their employees toward the achievement of goals.


PERSONAL GROOMING


Proper grooming and professional appearance are important to gain not just positive impression but also respect in the workplace. First impressions matter and the way you look and carry yourself create impact on people you get along with in the work setting. Proper grooming and professional appearance is important to both men and women. Lack of these may lead to poor image and may interfere with your chance of getting good impression and positive feedbacks from your workmates and superiors.


INTERPERSONAL SKILLS


Interpersonal skills are capabilities to effectively communicate, socialize, connect, and cooperate with people in life, whether it is an individual or a group. Employers highly value people who can resolve issues quickly and effectively. That may involve calling on industry knowledge to fix an issue immediately, as it occurs, or taking time to research and consult with colleagues to find a scalable, long-term solution.
