  • Our dynamic Chairman Sri B. Nitish Harihar is a man of high ideals and he strives continuously to lead our college towards success in all verticals with his team.
  • He has moulded the administrative, academic ethical growth of the college from a very young age under the guidance of his grandfather, our Founder, Sri. "Narasu's" R P Sarathy.
  • As an active Boy Scout Sri B. Nitish Harihar has secured the coveted Rastrapathi Scout Award. This taught him the importance of maintaining personal discipline and committed work ethics. He takes a personal interest in students' well being. He encourages the individual talents of students not just in academics but sports, co curricular and extra curricular activities. He was awarded the Youngest Pro Chairman Award by the India Book of Records.
  • He is an active member in social organization's like CII, ICTACT, NASSCOM,Salem Productivity Council, etc for a healthy interaction with the industry. This opens a lot opportunity for our staff and students to get real time projects and facilitates industry institute interaction.
  • He encourages the students to think out of the box, dream big and succeed with untiring effort. Under his leadership our students won the First Place in the world in the Oracle Thinkquest competition.
  • His family’s rich industrial experience gives our college the support and guidance in directing our students not just towards good job opportunities but also towards Entrepreneurship, Research & Development, Outcome based learning, and keen business acumen.
  • Our Chairman is also an angel investor and has supported many of our student entrepreneurs to establish their start ups at our campus.
  • His vision in providing quality technical education to aspiring engineering students in the region has enriched the lives of many families. His enthusiasm and energy has empowered both staff and students to give their best in all their endeavours.
  • An institution runs with the power and energy of its Founder's vision and our Chairman is moving forward to make our Founder's vision a reality. With his leadership RPSIT is bound to grow with leaps and bounds.
